The Check-in dashboard displays all the check-ins for events on a given day and can be used to identify where staff did not check in, checked out early, as well as their distance, relative to the event location, from where they checked in.
Filtering
The date filter on the left hand side of the screen can be used to view all check-in data from a given day. The dashboard will breakdown the stats for each day by showing the number of events, check-ins, checkouts etc. throughout the day. To edit the date, click on the current date and then use the calendar popup to select a new date.
Individual Event Check-Ins
You can gain further insight into an event’s check-ins by clicking on the pin drop icon located next to the left of each Event ID #. Once clicked, the map will zoom in to the event’s geolocation, and show details to the right for each of the staff that checked in. Each staff member will have their name, scheduled hours, cell number, check in/out times, and how far from the event they were when they checked in.
Staff Check-in Reminder
If a staff member needs to be reminded to check-in you can click on their cell phone number to generate a message to be sent to them. All messages sent to a staff member will be logged in the “SMS log entries” section.
