Assigning a Recap to a Program

Have a new program that you need to assign an existing recap to? No problem!

Finding your Recap

To get started, you need to find the recap you want to assign the program to. Click Recaps and select Definitions.

This will bring you to the Recap Definition Index, which lists all recap definitions available on this client site. Click the wrench icon or the recap name of the recap you wish to assign to your new program.

Now you’re looking at the Recap Definition Details page. You’ll likely remember this from when you built out the recaps in the first place. If not, you can find out more about that page here. We’ve got one task, and one task only to accomplish here today. So, you want to look to the right of the page under the Programs header.

You’ll see all your active programs listed there. If the program is highlighted, it’s already assigned to the recap. If it’s not, it’s not. Click the checkboxes next to the Program Name to change the selection.  

Once all necessary programs are highlighted, click Save in the upper right corner of the page.

And that’s it! You’re ready to assign recaps to any events in your new program.
