Adding Files to Programs and Markets

Save time by assigning default files at the Program-level admin. Adding files at the Program level will assign that file to all events created within that program. If you have instructions or other files that need to be conveyed to users for all events, adding the file here will save everyone time and effort.

To get started, you need to navigate to the Program Admin. Click Admin and select View.

This will bring you to the Global Admin, which is two levels above the Program, so we need to keep going deeper. From the Global Configuration menu on the left, click to expand Global and select Clients (or scroll down the page until you find Clients, both options work).

Then select the correct client from the client list. Click the Client Name or Edit.

And back to the Configuration Menu on the left. Click to expand Clients and select Programs (or again, you can scroll).

From the Program list, select the program you need by clicking the Program Name or Edit.

For one final time, we look to the Configuration Menu. Under Program, click Files (again, you can scroll).

Now you’re at the Files menu. Click Add File.

The file upload process will be similar to other file uploads. Click Browse to open your machine’s file select program and choose the file you want. Then, from the Market select dropdown list, choose any specific markets you want to assign the file to. If you don’t select any, the file will be assigned to all markets. Once you see the name of the file in the uploader, click Save.

Your file will now be listed in the Files section and available to download as well. If you wish to remove a file, click Delete.
